A counter to Caribou Barbie's memoir.

I'm glad they're releasing this book on the same day as Palin's promotional application.

She is such a fraud. Of course, her legion of fan boys and girls will disagree. But there it is. If ever there was an American who needs to NOT be elevated to high office, it's this broad. Here's a nifty little excerpt from "Going Rouge: An American Nightmare:"

["Looking at the train wreck that is Sarah Palin, I find myself torn between my partisan desires and my love of country. Palin’s continued popularity with the Republican base has the potential to marginalize the GOP even further, as the public at large perceives Palin both as a bimbo and as a right winger who blows past “conservative” straight into militia separatist territory, with a side of speaking in tongues. As a Democratic partisan, I can only hope Palin takes the Republicans further away from the mainstream.

"But as a patriot, I’m concerned about Palin’s future as a politician. It’s not impossible for the American people to have a collective brain fart and vote her into high office; we are the nation that gave Richard Nixon an overwhelming victory and saw George W. Bush as the conquering hero of 9/11. When I hear fellow liberals cheer Palin on with hopes that she’ll sink the Republican Party, I find myself cringing in fear. Let’s not cheer her all the way to the White House, I think.

I sure as heck hope that last statement turns out to be prophetic.

There is also an anti-Palin coloring book scheduled to release on the same day.

I love it.

I'd never vote for her, but she creates so much fear in the liberals it really is fun. I hope she stays in the limelight for a while. It doesn't take much for her to get a headline considering how quickly she inherited the "anti-Bush" mainstream media focus.

what a terrible, hateful screed. the personal petty attacks lobbed at palin are truly disgusting and inexcusable, regardless of what one thinks of her politics. i grow ever more weary of the incivility on display every day in america's political arena.

The very thought of a Palin presidency is something that should strike fear in the hearts of every American citizen who loves this country.

if blago can be a governor, sarah can dam well be a governor. and i daresay she was a better and harder-working governor than blago.

Or how she ended up on the bottom half of a presidential ticket. My first reaction was that she was very attractive. Then she opened her mouth... Oh. My. God.

i'm not worried about that. she's heavily armed.

of course, it's not her arms that draw my attention.....
