Hey I respect the he.ll out of the guy. Yeah his whole retirement drama was dumb, but the guy is an amazing QB, no matter what the age.

He still pretty good. It does help he has one of the better O-Lines and best RB in the NFL.

After Mike Holmgren, whose teat Favre was clamped on firmly, his playoff QB rating is 77.8

Overrated, overhyped. As I said every year for the past 10 years, he doesn't show up in January. However, Childress IS the best coach he's had since Holmgren.

I was never a big fan of his, but he still plays at a descent level for a guy his age. I do agree with you about Childress being the best coach he's had since Holmgren.

I'm glad he lit up the Packers. I hate the Packers as much as I hate the Cubs and Notre Dame, but I hate the Vikings and anything that comes out of the state of Minnesota. So I was throwing up in my mouth a little bit actually wanting the Vikings to win. Now they're saying he had a groin injury before that game and he told them to get Tavarius Jackson (is that his name) ready? Could this guy be any more of a drama queen??

It would be great to see Farve return the Falcons for one last season. He could retire after winning the superbowl with the Vikings, then mid summer announce he wants to end his career where he started.

Try 11. I guess you don't think it was right to criticize A-Rod during his past playoff experiences.

The Packers played 2 playoff games in 2001, 1 in 02, 2 in 03, 1 in 04, and 2 in 07.Thats 8 not 11.

"I guess you don't think it was right to criticize A-Rod during his past playoff experiences. "

Completely different. Favre has already had a ton of playoff success. Your taking a small amount of games where he has been mediocre(not bad) and saying the guy is overrated rather then looking at the whole body of work.

How has the great Mike Holgrem done with out Favre?

"How has the great Mike Holgrem done with out Favre?"

Five Division Titles and a Super Bowl appearance.

Not saying Holgrem is a bad coach, just pointing out you can take any player or coach, look at a small sample of numbers, and find something that is less then impressive.
