That is a no lose accquisition . if he returns to form oif a few years ago the left sid eof the bullpen would be set.

There is Jack Spradlin, but as good as he was at AA, he was that bad at AAA. Grabbing Slaten and going after a good LHP in FA, like Beimel, would be a sign that we are trying to build legit depth.
