I am sorry for your loss, do you have a link to the obituary?

I and many others here would like to know who he really was beyond our fantasy world of Detroit Tiger's message board personas.

I cannot say one way or the other on this thread. How many times have we seen Jaydub make threads similar to this?

If it is true, thoughts & prayers to the family.

If it isn't......shame on us.

More fiction, I think. He'll reincarnate under another name and character and start jerking around again.

probably.... but with something like this, I can't discount entirely. Someone wouldn't make this up? Would they? For attention??? I would hope not.

" .......... i am sorry to say he has passed away. Thanks." (Thanks?????)

I guess using the lower case "i" runs in the family.

"Jaydub" participated in many a lively conversation on this board. Most of us knew that "Jaydub" tried to put us on. Some of us also felt that he is/was a person that needed constant attention and perhaps had issues manifesting themselves in inferiority. He either tried to solve them here anonymously, or was amused by the angered and empassioned responses to his controversial posts.

I sincerely hope that the "Jaydub" that passed away was the persona that existed only on this post, and not someone who truly left a wife and/or family. If the later was the case, my sympathies to you, my dear.

That's too bad. The Bears are 3-3, but there are still 10 more games to be played.

She would be your widow now, Jaydub. You're supposed to be dead--remember?!

Strange, that as often as you were mocked and ridiculed on this board for your outrageous claims, and that you hadn't posted here that long, that your new "widow" would feel inclined to come on here and post this on your behalf.

Rest in peace, "son"!

Having Jaydub on "ignore", I can only surmise he has been declared dead on this messageboard.

Whomever posted this thread likely took a magnificent guess as to what Jaydub's password is on this board. Sure it's possible he carries the same exact password for all websites he visits, but the odds of that are pretty low.

In the days ahead, Devils Night, Halloween, All Saints Day and All Souls Day will come and go in a matter of 96 hours. So I guess it's a proper calendar season to play dead.

My wife knows all my passwords.

I know most of hers.

It's not unusual.
