Add Alan Embree and Yorvit Torrealba to the free agent pool. Both had their options bought out and declined today, and have become free agents. There are now 35 filled spots on the 40 Man Roster, with 6 more on the 60 Day DL.

My best guess is they are working to keep Betancourt, who is worth it.

Bit disappointed to see Torrealba go, will be interested to see where he signs. We had the luxury of having pretty much 1A and 1B catchers.
