"Jon" Stewart? Ah, what a rip-off! I was expecting at least "Copeland" or "Smalley"...

Actually, I think his daddy's name is Donald Leibowitz.

There is no way that PhilthePat is Jon Stewart's daddy... at least, I doubt he would ever admit to it.

Jon Stewart is brilliant!

His piece on Beck is even better than his on air skewering of Jim Cramer.

A 'shock' jock masquerading as a political op-ed journalist being skewered? By a comedian masquerading as a talk show host on a left-wing political show masquerading as 'comedy', no less.

Since when did morning filler talk for rock radio stations and opinionated clowns lacking in actual mirth become acceptable or entertaining television fare for anyone with an IQ over 80, anyway?

American mass culture is m0r0nic nowdays.

Probably since August 10, 1948.

You know, if we hurry, we can still catch a repeat of Wife Swap before dinner...

I just wish it was real wife-swap with before and after interviews. I would pay to watch that show.

BTW - are the "masses" that watch Fox, reality TV, and believe the comedians are real pundits the same voters that the Republicans seek out?

Jon Stewart always says it best. Or at least his writers do.

Hey... Red Skelton had PLENTY of mirth! The Angels ran away in slow motion wearing bikinis and TV died the day Fonzie jumped the shark on water skis.

I'm not backing down from this statement. ;-)

Those missing teeth are for real. Somebody send her to a dentist. And to a dietician. I'm about to consume a very nice Red Snapper (Bloody Mary) and I think I'm going to puke now. Thanks Cat!

Sorry. I had to watch it many times before I was desensitized myself, so I could warn others of it's power.
