I am not a Kentucky fan but there is no doubt John can coach. The only question about him has always been how he handles the program off the court. They will have be a force to recon with with his ability to coach and recruit.

i grew up a uk fan and still have a soft spot in my heart for them, but my loyalties lie with my alma mater in UC now

gotta say though... john wall is gonna do some great things for that program this year

Now that the 2 exhibition games are over, UK can look forward to next Friday (the 13th). The Cats open up the real season with Morehead State. Watch them DESTROY the Eagles on ESPNU at 6:30 PM.

Last year's star, Jodie Meeks, came off the bench and played 19 minutes, scored 6 points, and his Milwaukee Bucks team beat Minnesota 87-72.

I had my doubts about how good Wall is going to be, but after last night he made me a believer. I know it was against a D2 team, but they couldn't even slow his hind quarters down.

Yeah everyone wants Morehead. It is a good way to start the regular season. Seriously I am excited about this season.

I don't think Kentucky went into this thing with Cal, with it's eyes closed. They will keep an eye on things too.
