I used to work with a guy who grew up just inside the Canada/Washington border and he said Washington is a HUGE marijuana trafficking state. Kind of off topic, but something I didn't know until I met him and I thought that was pretty surprising. I'd be willing to bet, Lincecum's charges mysteriously get dropped, it's weird how a large donation makes criminal charges disappear...very strange.
