What the heck are the Rangers waiting for? They reinterviewed all four yesterday. Am I to assume they can't make up their minds?

The Rangers have seen that Marhobo is in favor of hiring Hurdle, so they are reconsidering their choice and no one has been hired yet.

I didn't say the Giants were following Buds rule, I said the Rangers are doing as Bud has asked. JD confirmed that this morning. And for now, they are denying any rumor that Hurdle is the new hitting coach. Typical.

What's your take on Milton Bradley?

I really don't know, but I would think he'd like to stay a Cub as he had one of his best seasons ever under Rudy. What do you think?

I think it's more what the Cubs want than what Milton wants. I'd like to see him back. But I also think he makes too much money for the Rangers to get involved.

I also think too much is being attributed to a hitting coach. And that's why trashing Jaramillo is so ignorant. I haven't looked up the numbers, but Joey Matschulat says that under Hurdle's tutelage the Rox were not a good team in walks or pitch count. Let's hope the players get the message, because a hitting coach is only as good as his players.

Just read that "InsideCorner" over on "D-Magazine" is shutting down as of this coming Monday. They lose Evan Grant back to "The Dallas Morning News" and I guess that killed their customer base.
