MLB 09 The Show was by far the best Baseball game i have ever played, but it still could be better, there are many things that they could add to 10 the show to make it even better some ideas I have are...

1. Everyone has noticed the career earning you see on the side of your screen on RTTS but you cant do anything with it, how about in 10 we can actually spend the money to unlock rewards or maybe even buy my player a house or some extra training
2.We all know there some players out there that get under the skin of everyone (A.J.) maybe there could be an attribute that would increase someone's cockiness and if that player does something the other team could have some retaliation later that game (or later that season!?)
3. HR derby in season, RTTS, and a mode... why it hasn't happened already i don't know...
4. i want to be able to argue calls that i want to argue, not the game whenever it feels like, after a close play there should be an option on the menu where you can argue the call and how intense you are arguing with the umpire and that will depend on if you get ejected or not for yelling your head off or just trying to tell the ump he missed a call.
5. I am tired of getting my no hitter blown by a base hit that goes right through the pitcher, instead of it going right through me why not it actually hit me or i catch it? I have an idea that would make incredible diving, leaping, and quick reflex catches (back at the pitcher) more fair. what would happen is right before the ball gets to you the screen freezes and a small circle appears on the bottom of your screen and there are a bunch of moving up, down, left, right arrows that you have to time and press when they get into the circle (like DDR or whatever its called) and if you get them all right then you make the play, the higher you fielding skill is the easier it is to catch it, while the harder the catch the harder it is.
7. In RTTS you create your player, now i want to be able to control more things with him, i want to be able to have post/pre game interviews and be able to tell the press how i think our season is going and why i dont like my manager or certain players on my team and why i want to be traded, and instead of the computer choosing days i want to rest i want to be able to play even though i am tired, also if me and my manager are not getting along i want to bench my self until there is a resolution. also if your a pitcher your team pitches you every 5 games no matter what even if you are the ace, i think that depending on how good you are you should be able to ask your manger to pitch on maybe 3 or 4 days dest because you have a big game and you dont trust who is already scheduled for it like a clinching game or the playoffs. I also believe there should be suspensions that you could get like when you charge the mound after you get hit or a pitcher hits you, or maybe you had a very intense argument with the umpire, maybe some off the field comments about another team/player/ or your manager/teammates, or maybe you failed a drug test?
8. also in RTTS your team should call you up based on your season stats not how much you used your points on your skills or an injury to the higher level/

more ideas would be great

MVP 2005 for XBOX was a pretty awesome game. I remember some good times on XBOX live with that game.

The thing I'd like most to see is the expansion of RTTS. Gameplay is about as good as it's going to get. The defense needs a lot of tightening up, but I'm not sure how easily done that is.

I'd like to see some depth added to RTTS in that, I don't know, it's more realistic. Interviews and promotions and sponsors would all be cool. The ability to spend money on, say, charitable endeavors or a new mansion, maybe sway fans one way or another, from booing to cheering. Maybe draw more fans to the game if you're a way better pitcher than your team. Also, if you're an Ace YOU NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE ON IN OCTOBER. This is my biggest beef with RTTS. I'm tired of winning 26 games in the regular season, only to have my team start me twice in the playoffs. The team should start you ASAP, on short rest if they're facing elimination, or bring you in in relief if need be in Game 7's.

And yes, MVP was epic.

in 2k9 there is composure for the pitcher. There isn't that in the show?

"in 2k9 there is composure for the pitcher. There isn't that in the show?"

There is this bar thing for how much confidence a pitcher has in a given pitch. That's about it.

I could go on for all the things I want improved in The Show 2010.....

- Actual salaries for players
- to have more than 40 players TOTAL in an organization
- prospects
- more realistic player development
- the full draft opposed to 5 rounds
- Players perform to their ability with slumps and bumps only ever so often (Pujols WILL NOT hit .267)

And on and on and on.

I think they should put in things that you can get suspended for, like fights, put in post-game stuff, and HR Derby if they don't have it already (I play '06 more than '09, so I don't know what they have yet). Also, I think in season/franchise they should let you vote for the HoF.

4 Words.

BENCH.

CLEARING.

BRAWL.

MECHANICS.

I don't wanna see someone charge the mound and that's that. I want to actually see the BRAWL. Maybe you could take control of the batter or pitcher during the fight, depending on which side your own. Or if your controlling your RTTS character if he's on the bench, or at his position on the field or something.
