Probably someone will. Someone who was cut by a decent team, but fits in here. Nobody who will make any difference at all though.

Just because someone does not fit on one team does not mean they are not good, Look at the kid that \was just traded I think his name is Campana, He was a very good kid but was out of options so they had no choice, That is the kind of move we could make.

Maybe not on paper but I think it could turn out to be, As ST comes to an end there are always players that dispite being good are victems of the numbers game, Just look at that kid Campana or whatever his name, He was good but his team just had two many OFs, Could be a younger guy could be a vet they decide to get rid of to give a kid a chance.

of course a small signing COULD be productive....but the odds usually don't favor that possibility

Turner/Baxter/Murphy/Valdespin, etc. Not saying all but we don't need 3 or 4 middle IF.

Murphy's NOT being traded any time soon.

And Baxter's an OF. Only played 1B a little bit in minors. NEVER played any other IF position.

Which leaves Turner and/ or Valdespin to potentially be traded.

I would say our best chance of Mets making a trade for an outfielder is if another team's starter gets injured before the season.
