If it's a 40 man roster issue then it becomes a choice of getting nothing at all or getting noting of significance.

it would be nice if they packaged him with something else to bring back something GOOD and not just another roster filler. Maybe Turner+Mejia for Willingham? A trade like THAT would make sense...

It will have to be for someone who won't have to be on the 40 man roster, so you will have to deal with hearing the name of a guy you have probably never heard of who has nothing more than "potential".

Turner's a little goofy but has been the best clutch hitter on the team. They'd be crazy to trade him.
