Growing up I used to hear baseball announcers say that New York fans were the most knowledgeable fans out there. I believed this.

I no longer do -- all it took was a month on here.

To be fair alot of people migrated here from outside the area these last couple decades...

not a st. louis fan, but isn't the cliche' that cardinals fans are the most knowledgeable fans? seems like i've heard that for years and years...

So do the math and multiply that number by a few Million and see how many knowledgeable fans you get in NY.
