Just a guess but the acquisitions of Brown and Cowgill suggest to me that the Mets will use a platoon in the corners (maybe Center too if they don't get Bourn) and rely on what are pretty good "splits" stats for these guys. Hopefully we get Bourn and lineups would look something like this:

v. Righties:

Bourn
Murph
Wright
Davis
D'Arnaud
Duda
Valdespin
Tejada

v. Lefties

Bourn
Tejada
Wright
Davis
D'Arnaud
Cowgill
Murphy
Brown

Duda could get to play everyday in left field because his stats are pretty equal between left and right handed pitchers. A platoon in Center would be Cowgill/ Kirk or Den Dekker and in right it would be between Baxter/Brown.

If they want an almost complete right handed line up they would have to use Hicks for Murphy and Turner in Left for Duda. That would leave only Davis as a left hander in the lineup. But not a very good move in my opinion.
