This might be a decent signing for a one year deal. Guy is a RH hitter and can hit and run a bit with decent pop. He can lead off and play adequate defense. Maybe coming off a bad year, he has one more decent year left in him. I rather take a shot at this than waste 30 - 40 mil on Bourne who has all the makings of a bust signing. Never been a Bourne fan. Last year was his best year going into free agency. All the signs point to NO.

I remember when the Astos' manager was asked about Bourn's speed on the basepaths. He said he can really steal bases but hasn't been able to steal first.
