this is different. mlb is investigating this young cuban for possibly claiming he is older then he really is. he is saying he is 23, but past accounts say he could be 21 or 22. considering millions of dollars could be at stake, should be interesting.

yes. 21 or 22, he has to fit in a teams bonus pool. 23, a cuban player can get what he can. at least until international draft kicks in depending on rules for that.
