It's probably both.

Boras always leaks info to create a market. The only thing is, there is no market for Bourn as there have been no offers. The Mets signing him is incumbent upon their appeal, which doesnt reallt help Boras' stance. That said, im sure he is trying his best to get other teams involved.

There is always interest at a certain price. And the more teams interested, or allegedly interested, the better for Bourn and Boras.
