So with Hairston with the Cubs, will they try to move Soriano? Would you take him if the Cubs eat salary. His D is terrible and he'd cost top prospects, just maybe not the crown jewels.

Not for top prospects, but I would take him if hey ate a portion of his salary.

2 years left on his contract. Can still hit the long ball. Righty. A bridge to the kids in A ball. What other OF help is left out there? Time to revisit what the D-backs want for Upton? Bourne may cost a prospect arm that might be comparable to Wheeler, though less developed. Bourne is nothing special. If Upton can be obtained and signed to a long term deal, that would be a very solid long term piece of the puzzle.
