do the cards need another top pitching prospect? taveras is on pace for 2014, when cards will need an outfielder. pitching wise they are set for the foreseeable future. plus, they have plenty of other good prospects to trade off if they need to fill an actual hole.

They may listen but the real question is how long before they start laughing.

not sure why flores gets them that excited. cards are one of those teams that stress defense and fundamentals.
