I think Joel Youngblood is still the only MLB player to get a hit for 2 different teams in the same day.

The thing I remember most about Youngblood was he had a CANNON for an arm.

I would rather have Youngblood any day then Hairston.

Youngblood would be the best OF on this team. Hairston would be 2nd best, but slightly more bald. That is the sad state of our OF

If I remember correctly, there have been others, but Youngblood was the only one to do it in two different cities. I'm assuming the other instances would have included a player traded between games of a doubleheader.

True, but both are sub par players that would never NEED to be signed. Especially if overpaid for their duties.
