even if they don't bring in others, we aren't doing terribly as far as pitching depth is concerned
right now, niese, gee, and harvey are definites
then you have santana, who is a question mark but could hold down one of those spots (though, if he does, he'll likely be traded mid season w/ the mets eating most of his contract to get back something)
so, if you have a healthy santana, you are looking at
Santana
Niese
Harvey
Gee
and then either wheeler, mejia, or mchugh likely taking the 5th spot
the worst case scenario would be Niese Harvey Gee Mchugh Mejia, which is still not awful, considering wheeler is on his way
by mid season you could potentially see
Niese, Harvey,Gee, Wheeler, w/ either mchugh, mejia, valdespin, gorksi, or even others getting the nod for the fifth spot
