You want to replace Dickey's 20 wins with Hefner's 20 losses?. Looks like it should be Santana, Harvey, Neise, Mejia, and Familia.

Maybe by September, but not on Opening Day. They're going to keep Wheeler down for at least half the year before bringing him up. I think it's going to be:

Santana
Niese
Harvey
Gee
Mejia

If Mejia cuts it as a starter, I think Gee moves to the pen when Wheeler is called up.

Gee is not a major league caliber rotation guy. He's best suited as a long man out of the pen.
