He's had one great season and he's 38. Not all CY Young are the same. If the Dodgers wanted to move Kershaw, he'd have more value than Dickey.
For 2 years, he was a solid #2, last year, he was obviously a #1. His 2013 contract is for 5 Mil and I think many teams are hesitant about giving up prime prospects and then have to pay Dickey 13-15 mil per yr, beyond 2013 (if the Mets won't, what makes other teams more deperate).
IMO, Dickey will have equal or more interest at the deadline where even some surprise small market teams (Pitts, etc) will be able to afford him for the remainder of the year and be willing to give a good player or two.
