He is 19 and batted .248 in brooklyn (A-) but had a .372 OBP!

before you guys call him a bust i think we may have something here. He started slow and his BA rose over the course of the year. He has power and speed.

Do you think he'll start at A or A+ next year.

If his BA goes up to .275 he will sport over a .400 OBP and that is something i'll sign up for anyday

I fully expect .360 with 35+hrs at the ML level. Anything less is a failure.

Does he play Cf at all?

Incredibly raw but has talent, so I would not worry about the #s early on since the kid played in a state that didn't have high school baseball.

his avg could go up and obp down. as he moves up he will see more pitchers that can control their pitches and less pitchers learning control.

Well that definitely makes him a better prospect. I hope for more and obviously it's too soon to tell, but even just a high OBP guy in Cf is valuable.

Since he never got the quality coaching and experience of a good high school program, he will take a while to pick up on things like pitch recognition and how to read the ball when in the field. I like his raw skills and potential, but he won't be ready in 2 or 3 yrs. I would project him being ready in 2016 or 2017.
