This is a hard one b.c Francisco has good stuff, his fastball is fast and his curve is good and his splitter isn't bad either, so why it is he gets hit so bad is beyond me he really should be much better than he is.
Somebody said maybe he's tipping his pitches, which would make sense when a guy has really good stuff but gets hit hard so much.
"With a 1 or 2 run lead he surely would have blown it. With a 5 run lead he didnt fail becauase there was no pressure. GUy's an obvious choker. "
His ERA is awful and he's had some bad outings, but as far as choking goes, he's9 of 11 in save opportunities.
