Manny Acta...when will he be DFA'd?? Probably the next time he takes out a pitcher BEFORE he has already blown the game (and I don't just mean Perez...it is an absolute epidemic under Acta.) He is ALWAYS saving people for tomorrow's game. Which has now failed ELEVEN straight times!!!!

Recently DFA'd players...that stayed on the roster 2 (or in some cases 4) months too long (Lowe, Damon, Accardo, Lopez, Cunningham). Why do you wait so long to get rid of them???? I thought the Indians were in it???? Pretty hard to be "in it" w/ five guys you DFA in less than 2 weeks!?!?! Anyone think ANY of these guys will get picked up??? I'm thinking no...which makes it even more amazing that the team competed with FIVE guys no one else wants.
Big trade acquisition...Lillebridge

People like these make this organization "the best it can be."

That being said, I LOVE these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The amazing thing is the Indians contended at all, even for three months the last two seaons.

The starting staff is awful, no power, and unless two or three guys hit they have no chance.

Based on that alone, Acta is a freaking genius ... lol.

The Indians "contended" earlier in season mainly because both White Sox and Tigers were seriously underperforming. Many pundits picked the Tigers to win the division handily. They have won 8 of their past 10 games, although gaining little ground on White Sox, who also have been playing extremely well.

Last season the wheels fell off in early August, when Tribe was only five games out. They stunk up the place the last two months and finished FIFTEEN games out. Losing their final 10 games with Detroit sealed the coffin.

This season wheels started wobbling before the All-Star break and had fallen off by mid-July. It's never a question of WHETHER the wheels will fall off, just WHEN. Team excels in self-immolation.
