How much more can Cleveland take?

It is pathetic how the national media wants to force LeBron out of Cleveland. I am not a huge NBA/NFL fan or Cavs/Browns fan, but i would like to see one of the Cleveland Teams win it all. We all know the Browns are several years away and my Indians are a couple years away from Contending.

C.C is a joke, but i wouldn't expect anything else. (Interview on ESPN at Cavs game)

It must be really easy to bandwagon. Sickening!

I'm glad I didn't watch the game on ESPN, I watched it on FSN Ohio. To me, the Knicks offer NOTHING to the table and I truly think he will stick with Cleveland, despite what the media wants. The Cavs can offer him the maximum amount of money, so it's not that. The Cavs can offer him the best chance to win championships, something the Knicks can't do. Unlike with baseball, there is a salary cap in basketball so it allows every team a chance to grab those best free agents. I wish baseball was more like that.

im really in huge favor of a salary cap in baseball bc spending half a billion dollars on payroll for the yankees is freekin outrageous and thats not what baseball was intended for. its unfair practice, and it needs to be regulated. lets see how many world series the yanks or red sox win when they have a smaller payroll. and lets face it, the yankees bought theyre way into the world series this year, and they barely got by the phillies.

It's ridiculous, isn't it? I remember catching the first game of the World Series, and they showed Sabathia and Lee in Indians uniforms with the title "At least you still have Lebron." Then the announcers were saying, "Yeah, for now...time's running out there too." To them, it's already a foregone conclusion that Lebron is bolting Cleveland when he gets the chance.

Apparently, Cleveland isn't supposed to have nice things according to the media...not for long anyway...

I remember the 80's very well when the Yankees, though were still spending was irrelevant because they didn't win division titles. Sometimes I wish we'd go back to those days...LOL

I saw the same thing, I believe it was on Fox.

I just hope that LeBron stays in Cleveland. Did you happen to see what C.C said about what advice he would give LeBron?

C.C.:

"No doubt. This is it. This is the stage he wants to play on," Sabathia said. "And I think he'll be great here."

"I'm trying. I'm trying hard," he said of recruiting LeBron. "By doing these interviews and doing these different things, I'm trying hard."

It's pathetic and sickening, but i guess it should be expected that he would do so.. Since he is in NY now.

I'll say it again, New York offers him nothing.

I wish she would tell ESPN...LOL But yeah she will have a big say on where he goes, and I like the fact she wants him to stay here.

I lost respect for Mr. Moneybags! One thing he has in NY is a good team, the knicks sink!! Why would Lebron go to a team who is lousy!
