According to Tony Lastoria, the Indians are about to sign a Japanese pitcher. His name is Takafumi Nakamura. He is 6'5" and weighs 195 lbs. He throws a fastball and a slider at about 86 MPH. He throws a Curveball, forkball and a shuuto (not sure what that is.) The post doesn't say how old he is but he is out of a private university in Tokyo. Let's hope he is in his early 20's.

A shuuto is basically a very heavy 2-seam fastball.

No, a shuuto is a screwball, also known as a gyroball.

And what does that do?

It acts as a heavy 2-seam fastball with some sink.

Per Baseball Reference:

"A shuuto is a pitch somewhat common in Nippon Pro Baseball which is a cross between a fastball, slider and sinker. Among those who have thrown one are Japanese Baseball Hall of Famer Ryohei Hasegawa and Korea Baseball Organization single-season win leader Hiroaki Fukushi."

It's basically the opposite of a curveball. To throw a curve, the pitcher laterally rotates their forearm in an effort to get the ball to move to the side of the plate opposite of their throwing arm. Meaning a right-handed pitcher throws a curve away to right-handed batters and inside to left-handed batters. The opposite is true for left handed pitcher. A screwball/gyroball/shuuto will actually curve in a direction TOWARD the pitcher's throwing arm. This motion is achieved by medially rotating the forearm and wrist, causing the ball to dive in on righty's and away from lefties, assuming the pitcher is right-handed.

well, he must not be that good if the indians signed him. If he was any good, he'd probably be property of the yankees or Red Sox right now. Hope they didn't give him a 3 year 9 million dollar contract like the last clown we signed from the Far East...
