He will just have to break the curse, while also snapping the Niners 24 year long playoff road game winless streak.

Streaks, records and curses were all meant to be broken.
It's now time for those two to be snapped.

LOL, that really is odd looking.
But other than that, and aside from the jinx, it's a very cool looking cover.

Love seeing all that red and gold, plus our QB who has already shown the potential to become an All Time great.

Here's a wiki article on the jinx, for those who might somehow still have never heard of it:

He's safer on the SI cover than he is on the Madden cover.

I'm ok with this jinx-

September 24, 2012: Oregon Ducks running back DeAnthony Thomas is featured on the cover. The top-ranked Ducks lose their first game of the season to PAC-12 rival Stanford 17-14 in overtime on November 17, 2012.

Here is an interesting one from 2012 for the 49ers:

January 22, 2012 - The San Francisco 49ers were featured on the January 23, 2012 Sports Illustrated cover just prior to the NFC Championship Game. The 49ers subsequently lost the game in overtime to the New York Giants 20-17.

YIKESSS!!

For what it's worth, the 49ers were featured on the cover 2 consecutive weeks prior to their first SB appearance, plus 1 time three issues before that. And of course after they won, making it 4 covers in 6 weeks.

Yep because I rather see a religious nut pray or bow for like 5 seconds after a TD.

lol come on guys. Lets list some of the celebrations that's worst than what Colin did:

1. Cruz lame salsa dance.
2. Patriots TE robotic dance.
3. Teebow's kneel prayer to the Almighty Pose.
4. Wilson's X point to the Sky.
5. Deion's skipping dance before and into the End Zone!
6. Owen Standing on the Cowboy's Star mid-field!!!!!
7. Packers jumping into fans
8. Aaron Rodger's double check belt
9. Newton's Superman
10. Even Jerry Rice moonwalk dance!
11. The Lamest pinball from the one and only Brewers.

Colin was only kissing his tattoo which says believe in faith. He was an orphan for quiet out loud! You guys hear his story about scraping pennies to keep his dream alive of playing Football!!??? I'm telling you, if he keeps performing like he did Saturday, he can run midfield and take a loooong HUGE DUMP if all i care!! HAHAHAH3214!@#$@#!

Don't forget T.O.'s sharpie celebration.
He even brought his own props into the mix!
(the sharpie he had stashed in his Uni)

So the Atlanta Falcons feel disrespected that they are on the magazine cover of nothing special. Except maybe Confederacy Weekly.

Owens on the Cowboy star was the greatest celebration in history.

It's ok for receivers, they're all dumb manchildren. You can't ask a child to not to be a child.

Dey ain't many Wes Welkers, ya feel me dog?

Thank you for the memories especially love the Ken Norton Jr. Punching bag session... He was a very good one for us, back in the last superbowl. Hopefully, we get another one this year. Colin is very good, he can do it.

Coastal Living isn't fit to read!
Sports Illustrated stinks!
Time is a fish wrapper!

Right, one less catastrophe to worry about, never be on the cover of S.I. when
I finally bowl 300!
