If you are looking for a different kind of Movie Night experience that is pretty fun, there are a number of movies that sync up with alternate soundtracks. A few years ago my housemate and I tried one of best know ones – watching the Wizard of Oz with Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon.

It takes a little set-up work to get it synced properly – and you should do the initial set-up while you are still sober (because you will likely enjoy the music more if you are more relaxed). If done properly it is really quite fun to see how much the two seem to fit together. It also helps to like music, since for the full run you will need to listen to DSOTM a little more than two times through. And, of course, it is far more fun to try this when you have friends over for the evening.
