This is our new video game thread and all systems are allowed. Myself, I'm a PS3 guy, but I know many people play Xbox, Wii, and computer games. I'm not a hardcore gamer by any means, but I do enjoy playing when I get a chance. I'm a level 8 as far as PS3 trophy points go and have platinumed Assassin's Creed II and Lego Harry Potter (laugh but it's a great game).

For my first official, yet brief, game review/discussion, I'll talk about Red Dead Redemption. It's deep and very playable. Great online multiplayer, many weapons, hundreds of characters, and tons of challenges and PS3 Trophies, if you're into those. If you want to know more about that game or any other lets talk about it.

I played Tecmo Bowl three months ago

I got really drunk and broke my Wiimote playing Wii golf.

I was always the Falcons so I could be Deon and return kicks in Tecmo Super Bowl. Best football games ever. I'm not a big Madden guy.

My personal favorite is NFL Blitz on N64. I just played that game today.

I kid you not, it's Soapy Joe. My wife makes her own soap and sells it at Farmer's Markets, that's why I haven't been on GT's lately, and she named her soap after me, Joe. I made it my name when I got the PS3, but I kinda regret it since sounds incredibly ghey.

Blitz was great, but hard when trashed. The best drinking game is the NBA Live with Vince Carter on the cover, I'll break down our drinking rules sometime, but I have eat first.

I only have an xbox360 and an N64. I've had that xbox for almost 4 years now, shocked it hasn't red-ringed yet.

Playing online you get friend requests online all the time but I always reject them so you will be the first person I accept who I've never met. I got feel for your personality though. I'll try it now.

I don't go online that often but after the game today I'll go on and accept it, do you go for trophies at all? Most of my friends on there are people I've found that help me out with co-op stuff in games to get trophies

I still like playing 4 player NBA Live with beer and a pull bottle like Pucker. It was a warm up and cool down before and after bar in college and during the NCAA Tourny:

Dunk: 2 Drinks

Human Player Rebound: 2 Drinks

Free Throw: Drink

3 Pointer: 3 Drinks

Replay (on lowest setting so it's not a drunkfest after the first quarter): Pull

Alley Oop: 5 + replay if it plays.

Losing team drinks for score differential. If more than 10 it's a pull.

Buzzer beaters 2 or 3 depending on shot but always accompanies replay pull.

Mixed drinks are allowed but be careful.

I do go for trophies, otherwise I probably wouldn't be playing Red Dead anymore. I have the EyeToy and microphone so I can talk to people to get trophies, but usually it's just me getting them after playing for a while. Makes sense though, get a bunch of people together to get trophies.

well it does for co op stuff, like for grand theft auto theres a lot of online co op missions so it helps to have a good team, you'll never get anywhere with <morons who don't know what they're doing.

Alright man I just accepted it, not a bad amount of trophies, level 8 isn't bad, too bad we don't have many similar games.
