Is it just me or is Espn Milwaukee unbearable to listen to?

I listen to the radio a lot at work and sometimes I get sick of hearing the same songs over again so I listen to sports radio once in awhile. But 540 is just horrible I swear that Homer guy is the most annoying person in the world its to the point that I listen to Chicago espn instead.

Homer has gotten worse as the years have gone along. If he starts talking baseball and you're a Joe Beer Water, you'll love him.

He related the Brewers struggles in 2008 to Joe Dillon not starting and pushed for more Mark Difelice in 2009 though he couldn't get righties out.

Nope never seen it. I was watching first and ten the other day and they had George Wendt on there and he did his super fan again it was pretty good.

When you listen to Chicago Espn its organize and knowledgeable and Milwaukee is just <crap.

I got out of school at five today and turn it on and caught the end part of Homer saying that we are replacing Cameron with a player who fail too get on base more then .300 percent of the time and how we will miss Cameron. Never mention who it was but I am pretty baseball knowledgeable so I figure we trade for Gomez. So I spent the rest of the 45 min ride home thinking he would mention the full trade cause I though it might have more players to it. But nope for the whole 45 minutes he talk about Brett Favre. Who care about Favre that game is over. This is a big trade you think they could mention a few times. Chicago does sportcenter updates every 15 minutes to catch people up who is just tuning in.

Sports radio in Milwaukee is brutal. The D-List is okay until Dan Needles opens his mouth and says things like the Richie Sexson trade was bad.

1250 has the two twits in the morning who can give you every cliche 3 minutes into the show, especially after a loss. And the afternoon show is like amateur hour at the kindegarten talent show. Steve Fifer and Gary Ellerson should do mankind a favor and cut out their vocal chords.

Yeah the only time I listened to the D-list was when he was interviewing Prince which wasn't bad. I don't even get 1250 down here, its hard to believe that Wisconsin can't have one decent sports radio show.

I can't stand Sparky. Most of those guys on 1250 are clowns, but Sparky is the worst. The only ones I can stand are Doug Russel and Tim Allen.

Haha I just started listening to that station a few months ago. They are ok, not as good as the guys in Minnesota in my mind. I like to hear about Wisconsin sports, but I honestly get sick of how much they talk about Favre. Then their sound off line is annoying, all the Favre lovers call in on that and rip on TT for getting rid of him. You realize how many uneducated people there are out there, not just becuase they are supporting Favre, but becuase of the things they say. No wonder some people had such a negative stereotype of Packer fans being obnoxious lol.

I haven't really listened to the Milwaukee guys at all, but I actually really like most of the guys on KFAN (Minnesota sports radio for those who don't know). The only one I really don't like is Paul Allen. He's alright as an announcer, but every time I hear him interview someone I just want to throw a metal garbabe can at his head.
I don't agree with most of what Common says, but I don't think he does either. He's just one of those guys who talks to get the audience riled up to call into the show, and it's entertaining to hear the listeners call in all <pissed off.
Berrero (sp?) is good though. When I first moved to Minnesota and started listening to their station I thought it would just bunch be a bunch of "homers" as they call it here, but he is one of the most objective announcers I've heard.
The only thing I don't get about that station is the video game show they have every thursday night at like 7:00. But it works out because that's when the outdoors program on 1500 starts so I just switch over to that station. But really, do "gamers" really turn off their xbox or ps3 or whatever to listen to that show, on SPORTS RADIO, once a week to hear reviews of the new games coming out week? I thought that's what Google was for. I think I'm just more upset that I can't listen to baseball when I'm at work than anything else.
