I know many of you are probably UW-Milwaukee or Marquette fans first and foremost, but for those of us "up north", there will be two rivalry basketball games tonight.

UW-Madison vs Minnesota at Minnesota and the T'Wolves at the Bucks.

I'm cheering for an all-Wisconsin sweep!

The Badgers-Gophers game is the worst sporting spectacle I have ever seen. I'm watching Red Wings-Canes on OLN till the Bucks are on

My God, the worst start I've ever seen in college basketball ends up being a good one down the stretch.

The Wings-Canes game had an unbelieveable ending, 6-4 for Detroit with the empty net and Canes goalie Gerber made unbelievable stops

After all the abuse we've been taking from Vikings fans, it's good to see Wisconsin kick their bu tts in basketball.

They really struggled from the floor and on the line. But yes, the whole Badgers teams, since Bo took over and even before that weren't that good at the free throws. When you spend your entire practice on defense and conditioning, with some offense, free throws get left out. But that shouldn't matter, its a free throw for crying out loud. I saw a 6th grade girl make 17 out of 20. A SIXTH GRADE GIRL! ! ! COME ON, MAKE YOUR 'FRO's GUYS!!!!!!

Do I need to remind you about the season sweep the Vikes did over the Pack?

Anyways, Tucker is a terrible FT shooter, never gets enough arc on the ball because he keeps his right elbow stationary.

My brother and a few other Vikings fans remind me EVERY DAY of the season sweep, thanks anyway.

The free throw thing drives me crazy. I know it's not as glamourous as a stylish dunk, but they are so darned important.

Did anyone hear Musberger say he expects WI to contend for the national title next year? He's not a gushy type of announcer -- hope he's right.

The next 2 years for sure are going to be HUGE after this season. I am not looking past this season at all as this team has shown that it is going to grow and get better...but you can't help but look to next year, only losing Nixon and Hughes, Gavinski, and Bohanon coming in...scaaaaaary!

If he figures out how to shoot a free throw he'll be early to mid first round
