The Democrats took the House and barely took over the Senate (Lieberman was the "swing vote" - perfect) at the beginning of 2007. Hardly, "filibuster-proof". But please tell me what critical legislation the evil Democratic Congress passed - and was enacted - in the 6 months prior (January 2007 to June 13, 2007) that caused the Bubble to burst.

You can't because, there was no "evil Democratic" legislation that was crammed past Bush's veto pen that made a bit of difference in those 5 months or any of those 2 years.
