Anybody else feel like maybe Sergio Santos is done for good?

That's like saying all these new SP acquisitions means AA thinks Romero is done for good.

How so? Romero has a spot in the rotation clearly earmarked for him. The same can't be said about Santos, who the Jays have been completely mum about.

I really think it is more about uncertinty about him. Maybe his rehab did not go as smooth as they wanted and they want to have a back up plan just incase he falls off a cliff much like That big useless BJ Ryan

The last thing we need is an ego-maniac like KRod or Valverde coming in here and messing things up.

Lindstrom is teh most appealing on that list.

Could also be Janssen insurance, he had surgery at the beginning of the off season. Delabar and Lincoln really aren't veteran pitchers and we can't really know what to expect from either or at all. It's not a bad idea to be adding another reliever with some experience.

Lindstrom or Lyon would be nice.

I'd offer Soriano a contract contingent on him firing Boras.

Janssen still gets zero respect. Dude is as nails as it gets. He's the closer. Just fill in the blank spots with some high upside power arms and start planning the parade route.
