well Canucks, Leafs, Habs and Sens and Alberta teams are back so that should ease our pain a little
I still think it will be a good idea for Leafs to go for Luongo
he is in early 30s with too many years left? So what
Most superstar players play amazing well into their late 30s
and being a goalie isn't how fast he can skate or how strong his shots are
it is about his agility and intuitive goalie sense and being able to predict
and those factors are almost irrelevant to age
If the Leafs signed him, it would be the absolute worse thing they could do. He will be lucky if he is still playing in three years, and yet they will have to use their cap space to pay him.
Plus, he is lousy when big games are on the line.
Ryan , It is killing me right now . We did so much in November that the team is set and now all we can do is wait for spring training.
Still at least 30 days till ST and I'm going stir crazy waiting to see that team take the field
I still have my eyes on Raffy Sorryano and Shaun Marcum
Imagine AA signing Soriano on a team friendly deal....
No 1st pick for NYY because Tor 1st pick is protected!!
2 years, 16m overall with mutual option for the 2nd year
take it or leave it
that is a great option for Soriano as well because if he does very well for the 1st year he can.choose to become a free agent and gets another chance for a monster contract
$7m for first year $9 for the 2nd year
LETS GO RAPTORS *CLAP,CLAP* *CLAP,CLAP,CLAP*
Ahh...Who am I kidding... :(
