In the same spirit as last year's, it's Tbone's official contest for the '10 roster. Whoever comes closest to picking the correct 25 man roster wins supreme bragging rights for all of '10, and the right for me to automatically side with you on any forum dispute, provided it's baseball related (no political threads). Here are the rules:
1. Submissions must be in this format:
Rotation:
(insert five starters, order does not matter)
Bullpen:
(insert 7-8 relievers, roles [CL, Setup man, ect.] do not matter)
Lineup:
(insert the 8 starters, order does not matter)
Bench
(insert 4-5 bench players)
2. Points will be awarded as follows:
- 10 points for each correct starting pitcher
- 8 points for each correct starter in the lineup
- 5 points for each correct reliever
- 5 points for each bench player
- 3 points for a predicted starter that pitches in the bullpen, or vice-versa
- 3 points for a predicted bench player that starts, or vice-versa
3. Submissions must be received no later than November 19th.
4. Tiebreakers will be decided on who submitted the highest-scoring prediction first.
