We all know he s-cks, he knows he s-cks, his team knows he s-cks, the MLB and all the announcers know he s-cks, his family and friends know he s-cks right? So what are we going to say? Vernon you s-ck? He gets paid 21 million to be a spectator, that is a sweet gig. Granted he should have the decency to say "hey I can no longer accept this insane amount of money for doing nothing, I bow out" That will never happen. From the interviews he sounds like a nice enough guy, he seems happy, we are much more upset than he is. He is laughing all the way to the bank. If he doesn't care why should we? It's not our money... Sure I would like it if he never played another game as an Angel but he will play and he will s-ck, so we shouldn't be surprised and upset when he does exactly what we think he will do. Forget him!

What is he like 0-20 since coming off the DL? He looks completely confused at the plate. He did make a heck of a catch and drove a fat pitch HR distance but foul. Bottom line is he is an automatic out. I wonder if we can let the pitcher hit and DH for wells.

It is not his fault that the Angels were the only team in the universe to take him off Toronto's hands. It is Tony Reagins and Arte Morenon's doing. The bottom line, though, is he should not be on the roster at this point. Waive him and if anyone claims him, let him go. If no one claims him, release him. He is a drag on the franchise at this point. Every at bat is a lost at bat for the team.

He needs (1) to be traded to a team with a "hitter's ballpark" in a "hitter's division", and (2) a change of scenery.

But, as long as he doesn't make a problem (IE, Abreu), it's up to Scioscia how badly he hurts the Angels.
