Why is everybody so determined to resign Figgins? His proven track record of poor playoff play should be walking papers in them selves. I would much rather put that money into Lackey, Bay, Nady or Holliday. People say Wood would be horrible come playoffs, is that proven yet? Figgy, yup he is proven.

woe woe woe...not everyone....there are some of us that do not want him back at all...read the postings...reason why i have been trashing the LAA GM for letting Sean R. Go for a pitcher that did nothing for the LAA when he had to.
Sean would have been the perfect replacement.
now, the LAA has to wait wich loser loses his job to get a decent 3B...good luck.

Because HALO fans are thinking with their hearts not their heads. This is "Figgy" to them. I do not want a slap hitting third baseman. Figgins is a poor hitter right handed. He is not worth the 45 to 55 million that he will demand. He belongs in the NL.

Other than that he is a great guy.
