Ozzee would have been fired by now....which he should be....I too am sick of him and amazed how little talent it takes to be a mgr.....in fact he should be paying to be in the dugout with the players....thats how BAD he is.....

On another issue I just want to point out that the winning run came on a play which REYES completely botched.......he normally throws sidearm to first with no windup......but on the play he had to make for the 3rd out on Kelly he actually reached down low for the ball THEN stood up straight and threw the ball overhand.....which cost him at least 2 steps on the runner......that ball was a PERFECT grounder where he should have automatically thrown the ball sidearm without standing up.....a natural for his style....but he TOTALLY blew it by changing his throwing motion.....AMAZING! That was one dumb play on his part and ultimately cost them the game. This is just one more little detail that ALWAYS costs this team......they are losers....period......season OVER!

I wouldn't get your hopes up if you're gonna be rooting for the Dolphins, though. With drastic improvements in Buffalo I can't see Miami not being last in their division this upcoming season.. Miami has a good basketball team, but that's it.

I was not refering to the Dolphins; I do not even live in Florida. I was dealing with the frustrations of Joe and telling him that, at least, he has something to which he can look forward, albeit a short period from all indications.

I dont even think Ozzzeeee can read very well (except maybe a lineup card) so he has no opportunity to learn about what other great coaches or mgrs did to attain success. In life you learn from other peoples actions or writings....and being an avid reader is vital for self growth.

I dont think Ozzzeeee will continue to grow from this point forward.
