Granderson - .176 average (dropped from .249 to .240) with 18 K’s and 4 BB’s. 35% of outs come on K’s and getting on base 23.6% of the time. He has 2 HR's and 8 RBI. Hitting a home run 3.9% of the time.
Prior to Alex going down he was batting .249 with 116 K’s and 54 BB’s...31% of outs coming on K’s. and getting on base 34.8% of the time. 27 HR's and 54 RBI. Hitting a home run 7.3% of the time.
Cano - .275 average (dropped form .320 to .313) with 5 K's and 1 BB. 9.8% of outs come on K's and getting on base 32.1% of the time. He has 2 HR's and 8 RBI. Hitting a home run 3.9% of the time.
Prior to Alex going down he was batting .320 with 58 K's and 34 BB's....15.3% of outs were coming on K's. and getting on base 37.6% of the time. 22 HR's and 56 RBI. Hitting a home run 5.8% of the time.
Teixeira - .194 average (dropped form .262 to .255) with 13 K's and 4 BB's (3 BB's in one game). 36.1% of outs come on K's and getting on base 26.8% of the time. He has 1 HR and 5 RBI. Hitting a home run 2.7% of the time.

Basically...I see Tex and Grandy striking out a ton. And Cano just putting balls in play, but not very well hit. All in all, these 3 have combined for 5 home runs. I think Albert had 5 home runs last series. This is where Alex is being missed. These 3 are pressing and they are pressing hard. They are also not getting pitched to the same because opposing pitchers feel the hole in the line up as well...with the way these guys are swinging at everything, why throw them fastballs? Especially when Alex is nowhere around...
