Man, it's looking like they are starting to iron out the knots. maybe they have been playing rope-a-dope so far this season, and now that the games really count they are turning it on?

Everybody says Detroit is the better team, so I suppose the pressure is on them. Not looking forward to a play-in game at Disneyland though--

he's right, though. the tigers are deeper and stronger than us.

but i think we could squeeze into the wildcard.

and i'm not ready to cede the division just yet -- prior to that disastrous sweep, i think we've played them pretty good head to head. now, if we could just beat kansas city....

I don't agree with that. We are 110 games in and the Sox are still ahead and have a much better run differential. That doesn't mean we are going to win the division, but I still like our chances..
