My wife is quite hemophobic and has post traumatic stress (long story) and I'm no big fan of blood either, so i'm out.

Everyone start talking about how we buried it in the foundation at Yankee Stadium and made up a story about throwing it away after Game 6.

Unfortunately, the "true" bloody sock - the one worn during Game 6 - was thrown in a dumpster after the game.

That's a lot of money for a dirty sock! That one person paying over a $100,000 must be the biggest foot fetishist on earth.

It will go for much higher. They are just estimating $100,000. I figure it goes for $500,000 or more (and that is about €400,000).

He more than needs the money. He has stated so himself. The Baseball Hall of Fame should pony up $250,000 for it and be done with it.
