We had pog down in Arizona doing strength training and some extra conditioning. He had Tommy John surgery on his typing hand but should be ready for the stretch drive.
Been back for about a month. Lurked for a while trying to catch up. I missed about half the season so I'm sort of keeping my mouth shut trying to avoid giving out any bad information.

They are still lost without Rex. He was a calming force on that board but since his passing it has denigrated into chaos.
