Did any one watch Mets Hot stove on 12/18. Daniel Murphy was the guest & I who like Murph was even more impressed by his talk on hitting. He has changed his footing at the plate to mirror the way HR hitters get their power. He also stated that his legs are now stronger after the two injuries in 2010-2011. I feel that he will be a power hitter this year and hit 18-20 HRs. I love his talk on hitting & also about Harvey as a pitcher. Murphy knows his facts & could when he retires be a htting instructor. But this year will be a great one for him.

For our sake, I hope so too. He's poised to breakout. He could be a batting leader.
