I wouldn't trade Gee for Arencibia straight up.

The maximum value in return for Dickey would be for young players.

And there is why Ken Rosenthal's profession is a beat writer and not involved in some sort of financial job position.

Olt was ranked 11th by Baseball America's last ranking, D'arnaud was ranked 19th.

As far as I'm concerned, not in this lifetime.... as for the Mets FO... they'd possibly trade Seaver for a bat boy.

"...And while Arencibia has averaged 21.5 homers the past two seasons, his career on-base percentage, in nearly 900 plate appearances, is .275.

Come to think of it, the Mets almost certainly would want more than such a player for a Cy Young winner, which brings us back to something resembling the Arencibia-Gose package."

Wow, isn't Rosenthal the biggest sh*t-flinging beat writer of them all. He can't even formulate his own thoughts to write his reports. He flip flops right there on the page. Oh, do I hate him so.

But anyways, if it were Arencibia for Dickey straight up, we'd decline and extend him. Next.

Haha okay. Arrencibia is pretty terrible, and he will be even worse in Citi.

Take your sub-.300 OBP garbage elsewhere.

Firstly I was merely providing a link for context. Secondly Arencibia isn't garbage, he's fine. Thirdly the Mets appear to love fielding trash lineups anyways.

Thole is garbage. The Mets BP and outfield are garbage.

it seems to me that every one of your posts is either completely putting EVERY Met down or you just telling someone how dumb their trade proposal is....

Do you disagree? I wasn't trashing anyone, just being honest.
