I defend Wright when I think he deserves it but the 2nd half fade from him is getting tired

He is a fan, just a disappointed one"......wright is frustrating as he has done little to spark the offense, he hasn't hit the ball hard since the asb.

Your welcome, but don't tell fredhoss about this post, as he supports and believes in wright through thick or thin. Wright is streaky and it's possible he may produce once again

Ikes hitting and fielding skills are similar. Wright will hit again, as he was a phenom in the first half

Hows Murphy doing tonight?

My god. Wright is not making much money and he's NOT the root of our problems.

It's people like Bay, Santana etc that are hurting the team.

Wright is streaky. Nobody should have expected him to continue his scorched earth policy of the first half. But this is frustrating to the max. One thing he's doing that I can't remember him doing before is getting called out on strikes. He usually swings at a bad pitch. Since the ASB, he's consistently being called out on strikes. When he slumps, it usually lasts for a month or more. I think he's a damned good player, but its not easy to defend him.

Dude, if we were to make a post every time Murphy costs us because of an error, mental mistake, failed DP, lack of range and the fact that he is so bad defensively that he has to be positioned in the outfield, there wouldn't be room on this board for other topics. Instead of acting like a schoolboy who has a crush on certain players why don't you tell it as it is on ALL the players?

And Mrmadingy or whatever your name is.... WRONG. A disappointed, upset fan would make topics about any Met who fails, not just one he has a bug in his a*z about. T

How did I get dragged into this mess of a post?

I have no problem with people telling it like it is but the whiffboy stuff is really questionable.

People will miss DW when he is gone, although I think he is a Met for life.
