Like somebody said if they got rid of the Bush tax cuts they could hire 10,000,000 people with that money the Trillions they would save, the bush tax cuts only created like 330K jobs so 10,000,000 would be a big improvement over that.

But of course the greedy rich bast, ards would rather get their tax cuts than create 10,000,000 new jobs!

Yeah well anyway somebody said today on CSPAN they could take the hundreds of billions a year the Bush tax cuts cost and hire 10,000.000 new workers (to repair the roads and other stuff)
and the Bush tax cuts only created about 330K in a decade, so the Bush tax cuts aren't very cost effective (they did make the rich richer but other than that they did absolutely nothing but raise the debt by a few trillion).

Look the "Job creators" always say they want to cut more jobs and lower wages even more
every year, so they have been very successful!!!, you guys should be jumping for joy actually except I think you would rather have a higher unemployment rate (maybe 10%) and lower wages (I remember the chamber of commerce always saying they want a return to the $5 an hour minimum wage).

Yea! Everybody can work for the government! How did those "shovel ready jobs" work out the first time?

I see you're also against automation and increased productivity. You know, if we just went back in time a few hundred years we could have 100% employment as we use our plow horses to work the fields of our agrarian society.

Actually the growth in Spending is lower under Obama than other presidents unfortunately with the recession he inherited , and the tax cuts (revenue is at it's lowest since after WW2).

http://www.forbes.com/sites/rickungar/2012/05/24/who-is-the-smallest-government-spender-since-eisenhower-would-you-believe-its-barack-obama/

Meanwhile with his Tax Cuts Rush Limbaugh had an extra $1M to throw around to
hire Elton to sing at his wedding ($200K more the entire GSA spent in Las Vegas),
goofballs Republicans are the biggest wasteful spenders!

It's so funny how Republicans say $850B over a decade (the higher income tax cuts)
isn't much money or $40B to oil companies (tax breaks for doing nothing)
over a decade isn't much money, but any $1M wasted on something they don't like is a huge deal to them!, they don't seem to know $850B and $40B is more than $1M (or even $100M).

So nobody with even 1/2 a brain could think the Republicans are really serious about cutting the national debt!, if they were they would be demanding an end to all the Bush tax cuts (that would save about $3.5 Trillion+ over a decade).

Kinda hard to compare budgets when Obama and the Dem Senate don't have one.

Well the Republican plan is $850B more Debt in a decade to continue the Bush tax cuts for richest,
personally I'd get rid of all the Tax cuts (cut the debt another $3 Trillion+) it's not like people were actually hurting under the Clinton Era Tax rates.

Don't worry, when Emperor Romney steals the election, invokes the National Defense Authorization Act, cancels the Constitution, and opens the labor camps, they'll be plenty of employment for everyone!
