From 2000 - 2007 (8 years) there were 27 pitchers in the NL who ended the season with an ERA under 3.00
Currently there are 17 that are 2.87 or lower (although a few will be ineligible at seasons end).
Just amazed by the Mets two great performers, and the Nats who have three starters within three hundredth of an earned run from each other.
