Usually we are in the mix for the top International signings on July 2nd but I have not read anything at all. Does anyone know if we are talking to anyone to sign?

We're oddly quiet so far, but I don't think that means anything. Someone speculated that the Mariners target is someone who doesn't turn the legal age for signing until July 23rd, so we might be going after that guy and that guy only.
